Contact service problem can caused by hardware or software problem. I ever found contact service problem in Nokia DCT-3 caused by damaged Cobba IC. Here, in Nokia 3110 classic, if you have contact service problem, you can do some step like this:
- Flash your phone
- Do full unlock
- Write good PM
- Unlock again one more time
