No network in Nokia phones, in this case Nokia 1200 or 1208 usually caused by hardware failure. The problem can be caused by Radio Frequency Generator IC and Power Amplifier IC. Here, in the case we ever found on Nokia 1200 is caused by lack soldered on N7100. The picture below show you the location of that part. Try to reheat if its not work, replace that part.
