MMC not detected problem on Nokia X1-01 usually caused by the hardware failure, the memory card or MMC on X1-01 controlled by a small component or called IC like shown by the picture below. Replace that part if you find this problem. If you are an expert on hardware area, you can make a jumper without replacing the part. The jumper guide also shown by the picture below.
