When you find the problem like hang on this Samsung cell phone, you can follow this tutorial to solve it before you go to the service center.

Here are the steps:

Press the code : *2767*3855# then you press a dial button

Trick number 2:

1. Turn off the device, if hang, remove the battery and install it back
2. Press the "Home" key and the "Power button" together
3. Release the "Power button"
4. Then, the menu will appear and give you some options : Fastbook, Recovery, Clear storage, and SIM lock. Please choose "Clear storage" option by using the volume button.
5. Press and release the "Power button"
6. Wait your device to Reboot.
7. After the phone restarted, it will back to default factory setting and your problem solved.
