Mic on the Samsung GT-C3303K or also called Samsung Champ mounted to the PCB board. If you found the microphone problem on the Samsung Champ, you have to remove the microphone first. If you have the original spare part, you can repair it easily. But, when you can't find the microphone that similar with the original part, you can modify it using another mic.
In the picture below, you can see that the microphone is different with most of cell phone mic. You have to remove it first to find the mounting point. After that, you can make a jumper if you want to replace the microphone with another microphone type.
